At Casaliving, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If something
isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Accepted
1.1 We gladly accept returns for sofa furniture products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1.2 If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the eligible return period.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Return requests must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 To initiate a return, simply email us at sales.casaliving@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Supporting images (if applicable)
2.3 To be eligible for return, the product must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition as delivered
2.4 Our team may arrange a quick inspection to ensure the return meets the eligibility criteria.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
3.1 If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please inform us within 2 days of delivery.
3.2 Once verified, we will arrange a free return pickup and offer you:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund (if a replacement is not preferred or available)
We understand how disappointing this can be, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Once your return request is approved and initiated, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
4.2 Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4.3 We provide free return pickup, so you don’t have to worry about additional logistics.
5. Order Cancellation
5.1 Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch.
5.2 Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as
per the policy above.
